Best way to reach us
Email the configured support inbox. If you are reporting a problem, try to include the page you were using, your round length, the device or browser, and what happened right before the issue appeared.
What to send for bug reports
- Whether the problem happened on mobile or desktop.
- What browser you were using.
- Whether sound, leaderboard saving, or a specific power-up was involved.
- Any error message you saw on screen.
Leaderboard and score issues
If a score does not save, mention the round length, the player name you used, and whether the problem happened after a normal round finish or after a reconnect/reload. That makes it much easier to tell the difference between a validation failure, a rate limit, or a temporary service problem.
Response expectations
Response times can vary, and not every message needs a direct reply, but focused technical reports are the easiest to review. If you include the browser, device, round length, and the exact issue, you give the site the best chance of getting a practical fix.
